Acting in the most timely, efficient and responsible manner to protect the interest of the investors pursuant to the mortgages serviced for them

Monitoring compliance of insurance for commercial properties, held as collateral for various lenders and investors

Insurance analysis

Premium disbursements from escrow

Risk assessment

Appraisal review

Correspondence with various servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents and a variety of internal departments

Required

Must have some type the following industry experience: Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, Real Estate

Capable of complex analyses and assessment of situations, as it pertains to Insurance and/or Real Estate

Requires an analytical mind and the ability to both assess complex risks, as well as articulate them

Ability to self-manage a wide variety and range of tasks, that may be different from one day to the next
