Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits for SOC 2, PCI DSS, and partner assurance programs
Maintain the control framework within AuditBoard, ensuring updates and accuracy
Collaborate with teams to prepare audit artifacts and track remediation activities
Develop and refine audit procedures and reporting standards using Microsoft tools
Support development of policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory frameworks
Conduct internal readiness assessments to identify compliance risks
Manage auditor and partner requests with professional responses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field
6-8 years of experience in IT audit, security governance, risk, and compliance
Hands-on experience supporting or leading SOC 2 and PCI DSS audits
Proficiency with AuditBoard and Microsoft Office tools
Strong understanding of information security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, AICPA/SOC, PCI DSS, FTC)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple audits or assurance initiatives effectively
