Benefits Administrator for Central Admin in NE Portland
The Oregon Clinic is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering world-class care with kindness and empathy. They are seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee benefit programs, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance and effectiveness of these programs.

Responsibilities
Oversees the TOC benefit programs, with both administrative and strategic responsibilities
Uses their expertise to respond to employee questions and communicates with employees in person, via phone, and through email
Contributes to the organization’s success by effectively administering these programs in a legally compliant manner
Administers & monitors TOC’s benefit programs such as education, enrollment, and reconciliation of invoices. Completes governmental reporting and distributes required notices
Reviews & evaluates benefit programs for compliance & cost effectiveness
Attends and supports the Retirement & Benefits Committee
Serves as the subject matter expert for benefits programs. Includes supporting, advising, and educating managers and employees on benefit offerings

Qualification
Required
Minimum of (3) three years of benefits administration experience required
Experience with HRIMS system required
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and ability to work independently
Ability to handle sensitive employee information discreetly
Excellent attendance and work ethic
Excellent communication, customer service, and desire to be a team player
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource (HR) Management or related field, or HR Certification is strongly preferred
Experience with self-insured health plan preferred
Prior experience with UKG preferred
