Responsibilities

Performs general receptionist and related clerical duties for Garnet Health Doctors
Greets, interviews or telephones patients and/or families or other representatives to obtain necessary demographic and financial information required for reimbursement of all services rendered
Records information into computer, pre-registers patients as scheduled

Required

High School Graduate or Equivalent
1 year related experience in a high traffic, confidential environment
Must be well organized with demonstrated ability to deal with all levels of the general public and upper management

Prior physician's office experience preferred
