Responsibilities

Diving into quality control (QC) for multiple utilities, handling QC design for both pre- and post-construction phases

Applying technical expertise to ensure projects meet all specifications, fully understanding design requirements

Leading small to medium or multi-discipline projects, guiding Design Engineers and preparing detailed technical analyses

Sharing insights with the team and engaging with stakeholders to grasp nuances of each task

Communicating any challenges related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality to the Project Manager

Interacting independently with clients, estimating proposals, and understanding business development roles

Evaluating design personnel and assigning tasks to Designers and Drafters

Reviewing vendor drawings, performing independent engineering reviews of simpler projects, and providing feedback

Offering input on potential process and design improvements

Ensuring adherence to the quality control process, including documentation using the Quality Review Tracking tool

Self-checking work before submission, completing tasks with minimal errors, and participating in peer and QC reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required. (Civil & Structural Engineering acceptable)
