Responsibilities
Processing and tracking wireline MACD (Move Add Change Delete) order requests, ensuring timely completion
Communicating with clients, engineers, contracting personnel, and vendors to bridge gaps and resolve potential order delay issues
Utilizing our online portal to manage workflow and working in client/carrier portals to place and track orders
Qualification
Required
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of experience with wireline/telecom services
Possess proficient knowledge of wireline telecom circuits and services, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Must be able to obtain an ATF Background Clearance
