Responsibilities
Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting) with a focus on ROI, leads, and leasing velocity
Build and evolve our digital marketing strategy across web, social, paid media, and emerging platforms
Use AI tools and automation to scale content, ads, insights, and efficiency
Create campaigns that make multifamily real estate feel exciting
Collaborate with development, property management, and leasing teams to tell compelling stories about our buildings, communities, and growth
Track performance, analyze data, and constantly improve results
Help position Capodagli as a modern, tech-forward real estate brand
Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate, property management, or local lead-gen marketing
Fluent in Google Ads, analytics, and conversion thinking
Know your way around tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe, Social Ads, and AI image/video platforms
Understand SEO, PPC, funnels, and audience targeting (or are hungry to master them fast)
Can turn boring information into content people actually want to engage with
Balance creativity + data (you care about results, not just vibes)
Want to help build something not just maintain it
Experience using AI in real workflows (not just playing with it)
Preferred
Gets excited about AI tools
Loves experimenting with ads, funnels, and content
Thinks real estate branding doesn't have to be boring
Wants real ownership and real impact early in their career
