Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and maintain rating logic within Ratabase and proprietary rating systems
Translate product and actuarial requirements into accurate rating rules
Implement ISO circular updates and support regulatory rate filings
Perform testing and validation to ensure rating accuracy and compliance
Document changes, manage version control, and support QA/UAT cycles
Troubleshoot rating discrepancies and partner with internal and external teams to resolve issues
Help ensure rating changes are deployed accurately and on schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience working with insurance rating systems (Ratabase strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of commercial lines products and P&C rating principles
Experience with ISO content and circular implementations is a strong plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret rating manuals and actuarial documentation
Someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
