Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
Contact customers to gather information and update records
Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
Maintain electronic records and files backing up completed work
Build and create Excel spreadsheets
Qualification
Required
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Great attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Focused on deadline achievement
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to type 45+ WPM
Identify priorities and manage multiple high-priority tasks through completion
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Meet established deadlines while maintaining high quality work
Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods at a time
Preferred
Previous call center and or office experience
Bilingual English / Spanish
Financial Services and/or Auto Industry experience
