Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the University Relations team to support U.S. and global campus recruiting initiatives and ensure alignment with standard methodologies
Travel to university campuses, career fairs, and recruiting events to support on-site and virtual recruiting efforts, including candidate engagement and event logistics
Assist with candidate communications, interview scheduling, and coordination to deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
Track recruiting activity, event outcomes, and candidate progress using campus recruiting systems and sourcing tools
Assist with preparing and posting intern and early career requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support ongoing requisition management, including edits, updates, and status tracking
Manage candidates within requisitions to ensure correct placement and progression through the hiring process
Create and submit intern and early career offers for approval through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Compose and send offer communications, including email offers to returning interns
Ensure timely coordination of offer approvals and candidate communications
Send welcome letters and communications to candidates who have accepted offers
Initiate and oversee pre-employment processes for interns and early career hires, ensuring all requirements are completed on time
Confirm that New Hire Checklists are distributed to appropriate hiring managers
Support recruitment activities for the University Relations program, including requisition management, resume screening, and interview coordination
Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring managers
Plan, organize, and participate in on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events
Represent the organization at recruiting events to promote the employer brand and attract top student and early career talent
Assist with planning, scheduling, and organizing internship program events, including developing agendas for interns, business unit leaders, and employees
Provide and maintain event schedules for the internship program and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Participate in planning meetings and status updates related to the internship program to support continuous improvement and execution
