Operations Coordinator

The Resort Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the resorts’ commercial success by ensuring coordination between field and corporate teams and driving sales performance across various guest touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze resort sales results across all outlets, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded
Identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans to optimize performance and profitability
Coordinate the implementation of promotional campaigns and local activations aligned with brand strategy
Ensure each revenue stream (spa, retail, excursions, upsells) contributes to the resort’s commercial success
Serve as the operational link between resort sales teams and corporate support functions (Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Operations)
Guarantee consistency in pricing, offers, and commercial standards across all resorts
Support resort management teams during new openings, transitions, or seasonal launches
Ensure all sales and service procedures align with company policies and guest experience standards
Consolidate and interpret sales data to provide clear, actionable insights to leadership teams
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average spend per guest, conversion rates, and product mix
Prepare performance dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making
Accompany resort teams in developing a strong sales culture and guest-centric service
Facilitate communication between resorts to share best practices and success stories
Contribute to the professional development of on-site Sales, Spa, and Retail Managers
Identify new sales opportunities within the guest journey — cross-selling, local partnerships, or exclusive experiences
Work closely with marketing and product teams to design attractive, high-value offers
Propose operational improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Tourism
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
Fluent in English and French (Spanish or another language is an asset)
Passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and driven by guest satisfaction and team success
