Lead $50M–$200M+ ground-up projects across Chicago
Oversee major ground-up projects with full ownership of performance, client relationships, and delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager overseeing major ground-up projects
Ability to manage projects ranging from $50M to $200M
Strong leadership skills
Proven track record in client relationship management
Experience in delivering large-scale, technically complex projects
Familiarity with BIM, Lean construction practices, advanced scheduling, and cost management technology
Ability to work in a high-impact, high-visibility role
Experience in diverse project portfolios including industrial, multifamily, commercial, healthcare, and higher education
