Responsibilities

Own and manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning in agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments

Collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders during build, system testing, and UAT phases

Lead and participate in agile ceremonies: standups, retrospectives, demos, and planning sessions

Gather and document requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria

Ensure feature alignment and smooth data flow across interdependent systems and customer journeys

Oversee and validate data sourcing, mapping, transformation, and integration into enterprise applications

Manage data ingestion and output pipelines using Snowflake, ensuring accuracy and quality

Maintain documentation and collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools

Drive continuous improvement by applying lean principles and product design best practices

Required

3–5 years as a Product Owner or similar role in a data-focused environment

Strong knowledge of data transformation, ingestion, and integration processes

Hands-on experience with data mapping, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and lean principles

Proven ability to collaborate across development, QA, and business teams to deliver technical solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

Experience in banking or financial services

Background in data management or enterprise data platforms
