Responsibilities

Google Workspace Management
Manage and administer the Google Workspace environment, including application settings, security settings, compliance, and all things related to GAF
Work with the teams responsible for third party applications and assist in the integration, configuration, and management within Google Workspace, such as AODocs, Okta, CloudM, and other essential tools
Collaborate with other operating companies to maintain a standardized and optimized Google Workspace experience across the organization
Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspace usage
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams on Google Workspace related issues
Stay up-to-date with Google Workspace updates, features, and security enhancements
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Google Workspace configurations, policies, and procedures
Create and maintain a training program for both existing employees as well as new employees on how to use Google Workspace as a daily collaboration tool
AODocs Management
Manage the AODocs environment and team, including configuration, security, and access controls
Collaborate with business units to design, implement, and maintain AODocs workflows and document lifecycles
Provide expert support and training to users on AODocs functionalities and best practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required OR Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10 years of overall professional IT experience Required
Minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience and leading teams Required
Strong team management experience and the ability to articulate the relationship between multiple technologies Required
Experience setting goals and metrics to guide and prioritize product roadmaps Required
Ability to clearly communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly terms, influencing and presentation skills required
Requires collaboration, leadership and business relationship skills
Demonstration of time management and prioritization in fast paced environment

Preferred

Experience in building training, rollout plans, and relationship management Preferred
Google Workspace Administrator certification
Experience with scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python) for automation of Google Workspace tasks
Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator or similar role in a large enterprise environment
In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Vault
Demonstrated experience managing and integrating third-party applications with Google Workspace (e.g., AODocs, Okta, CloudM)
Experience managing a shared and/or large Google Workspace tenant with over 10,000+ users
Strong understanding of security best practices within Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and operating companies
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and effectively lead a team
Experience in AODocs administration, including document management, workflow configuration, and security settings
Proficiency in designing and implementing AODocs solutions to meet business requirements
