Responsibilities

Perform in depth engine cost forecasting to support internal and external engagements and reviews
Develop strategic and cost-related initiatives that support the Production PMO, develop business cases that support the initiatives and present them to the customer as appropriate for funding potential
Sourcing cost focal that integrates closely with the Passport process internally and works cross functionally to lead root cause investigations of cost and schedule variances in support of affordability, and drive recovery plans
Identify process improvement opportunities and empower team to implement appropriate actions to achieve improvements and contribute to program achievements with the CORE operating system
Promote innovative and collaborative culture across the program and ensure robust pipeline of cost reduction ideas are generated for F135 Product Cost

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
10+ years' experience in Affordability, Program Management, Finance, Operations or Supply Chain required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Program management skills and proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and business results required

Preferred

Experience in building strong relationships with internal & external customers through a positive culture, commitment, credibility and transparency
CORE or other lean manufacturing/continuous improvement operating experience
Knowledge of EVMS or relevant cost & schedule management in the Aerospace and Defense industry a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
