They are seeking a motivated early-career professional to join their team as an Outside Sales Representative, responsible for acquiring new customers for the Microbulk South Business through various sales techniques.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage new prospects through in-person visits, calls, and emails
Learn and master our Microbulk product suite and safety standards
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in B2B sales) technical background a plus
A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and learning
Strong communication and presentation skills
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Comfort with face-to-face cold calling and relationship development
Preferred
Local candidates preferred. No relocation assistance provided
