Responsibilities
Film, edit and publish content for social media and digital channels with appropriate branding for the IT industry
Create marketing materials (social media graphics, infographics, blog posts, email newsletters, etc) using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
Assist in drafting and publishing content across digital channels, including blog posts, email newsletters, and website copy
Execute the day-to-day social media strategies keeping a pulse on current social trends to increase engagement and brand awareness
Assist with updates to Magento and support the creation of email marketing campaigns
Apply basic SEO best practices to digital content to improve visibility (training provided)
Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows and webinars
Assist with coordination during events to ensure smooth operations
Work directly with the Marketing Manager on campaigns; collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs for product content; coordinate with Development for website technical updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or creative role (internships included)
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or a preferred video editing software is required
Proficiency in Canva is required
Strong understanding of social media trends and video content strategy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to the IT hardware industry
Preferred
Proficiency in Figma or similar tool is a plus
Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus) and e-commerce platforms (experience with Magento is a plus)
