Responsibilities
Work on project tasks with other team members under the supervision of a task lead and/or a project manager to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule and within the available budget to meet customer requirements
Assist project manager with defining and sequencing project tasks, estimating task duration and developing a project schedule as part of developing a project management plan
Review project management plans to understand the scope, schedule and assigned work authorization
Planning and scheduling client meetings
Work with individuals at all levels, provide input to reports and other deliverables, execute multiple assignments, meet agreed deadlines, and adjust to changing client demands
Performance quality assurance on project deliverables
Develop relationships with existing customers to facilitate the development of new business
Planning and scheduling client meetings
Meeting with new and existing clients to listen to their needs
Communicating client needs to project managers and supervisors
Identify new business opportunities with existing customers for current and/or additional services
Participate in marketing activities, conference presentations, technical whitepapers
Participate in proposal development including writing proposals, estimating level of effort
Learn, understand and be conversant in ABS Group products and services
Review published reports and news articles about existing and potential new clients to identify customer intelligence
Networking to meet new potential clients
Qualification
Required
At least two years of professional experience
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of ABS Group products and services
Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Perform research and provide analysis on research performed
Gather and analyze data effectively
Apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
Comprehend and analyze complex problems
Work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to obtain a Working knowledge of the ABS Health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems
