Business Development Manager
Andiamo is a boutique tech recruiting firm with over 20 years of experience partnering with innovative companies. They are seeking a Business Development Manager focused on top-of-funnel business generation, responsible for driving outreach and setting qualified meetings for leadership to convert.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage a targeted list of prospective tech companies
Execute consistent outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate new conversations
Set qualified meetings for senior leadership
Research prospects and monitor the tech market to tailor outreach and spot strong opportunities
Track activity and pipeline updates in CRM with accuracy
Meet regular outreach and meeting-setting activity goals
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years in a true BDM/outbound prospecting role (not AE or account management)
Strong prospecting ability and comfort with consistent outbound volume
Ability to organize and prioritize a personal book of accounts
Clear, concise communication - written and verbal
Smart, driven, and able to operate independently with consistent follow-through
