Responsibilities

Growing the commercial loan portfolio in the Portland region
Building and maintaining commercial banking relationships by developing commercial loan prospects
Generating loans, referral leads, and other sources to include Commercial & Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, and Construction Financing
Making referrals to other banking services
Collecting and analyzing financial and other related data in order to determine the credit worthiness of the borrower
Preparing proposals, establishing and negotiating terms under which credit will be granted in compliance with loan underwriting guidelines
Originating, processing, approving within lending authority, and closing commercial loan products

Required

An associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
