Source and negotiate rates with carriers to move domestic freight efficiently
Coordinate pickups and deliveries while ensuring on-time performance
Respond to emails, calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner
Maintain clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Resolve issues such as delays, detention, and scheduling changes proactively
Track shipments and provide real-time updates as needed
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
