Responsibilities
This is a position for an Automation Engineer for Salesforce
The consultant will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions that enable program capabilities such as case management, eligibility, and citizen engagement
Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect , the Salesforce developer will turn architecture blueprints into functional, high-performing, and secure applications that meet the agency’s needs
Qualification
Required
More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects, with two (2) or more years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer
More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM / Case Management, etc.)
More than three (3) years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business processes and case management processes
Preferred
Six (6) months of experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms)
One (1) year of experience with Salesforce data model and security model
Six (6) months of experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Six (6) months of experience configuring case management for the public sector
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
