Responsibilities

Support development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives for business unit as well as functions including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, HR and IT
Analyze potential corporate portfolio scenarios including business divestitures and acquisitions
Conduct ongoing assessments of industry and competitive landscape
Create complex financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
Build strong partnerships within the business and collaborate with segment and/ or functional leaders to drive greater efficiency, effectiveness, and capability
Lead special initiatives as requested by the ELT in support of the strategic vision
Own the corporate strategy operating model, including learning and development, as well as performance management
Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and development
Support development of executive-level communications at all levels of the company, including the Board of Directors

Required

Minimum 8 years of experience, with three or more years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as engineering, economics, finance or business
Experience leading project teams of cross functional leaders as well as managing and developing a team of junior resources
Skilled at influencing and communicating with a diverse set of functions and audiences
Ability to create complex financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
Relentless focus on driving tangible impact to the corporation
