Develop and demonstrate competence in making appropriate decisions regarding the selection of coverage's and making pricing determinations
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions
2+ years' experience in personal lines multi product insurance
Basic knowledge and understanding of policy services and operations
Demonstrated experience effectively communicating via email with customers to resolve issues
Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts to calculate loss ratios, and other underwriting formulas
