Sales Account Executive - Commercial & Municipal B2B
St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting & Décor is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to grow their commercial and municipal client portfolio. The role involves managing high-visibility accounts through the full sales cycle while building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of municipal, commercial real estate, and venue clients
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → presentations → negotiation → close
Sell custom, high-visibility, repeat-revenue projects
Build long-term client relationships that renew year after year
Represent St. Nick’s at industry trade shows and in-person meetings
Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams
Track activity and forecasts in Zoho CRM
Qualification
Required
3+ years of success in B2B or enterprise sales
Comfortable generating new business through outreach, networking, and events
Strong communicator and negotiator with a consultative sales approach
Self-directed, organized, and accountable
Willing to travel for trade shows and client meetings
Preferred
Experience with municipalities, venues, commercial real estate, or multi-stakeholder buyers preferred
