Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with technical staff and all functional groups to develop or test safety critical embedded software
Perform analysis of requirements, design and code to assure compliance to standards and guidelines
Develop and ensure full traceability of customer specification requirements to software code
Prepare technical documentation necessary to satisfy customer and program requirements

Required

Must be actively pursuing, with two (2) years completed, a BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university
Must provide GPA, minimum accepted 3.1 on a 4.0 scale
Understand Software Engineering principles, including interpretation and writing requirements, architecture and design, C language
Familiarity with Model Based development (like UML, Simulink, SCADE) a plus
Should be self-directed/motivated, and work and communicate well within a team that consists of several engineering disciplines
Use effective communication in presentations, analyses, and reports
Must be project-oriented and be able to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word
Ability to fulfill a one quarter or semester internship commitment, 40 hours per week
