Responsibilities
Manage, organize, and “clean up” databases
Update databases each semester by following up with students and mentors
Create periodic summaries of all office databases as requested
(optionally) Track and encourage Research Rookies with weekly motivational communication and handling questions
Clean up and prep databases for assessment
Participate in the planning and hosting of our fall and spring research conferences
Assist at campus recruitment events (eg. Open Houses and Freshmen Orientations) by helping setting up the display case and talking to prospective students and their parents about URCW programs they can look forward to engaging with
Other duties on behalf of URCW as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants should be able to work independently, creatively, and pay careful attention to detail
They should have proficiency using Excel

Must have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA
