They are seeking a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst to design and manage end-to-end integrations, ensuring timely and efficient integration design, development, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities
Work alongside the implementation partner on integration solutions
Analyze and document current integrations for the technical team, including as-is/to-be analysis
Understand and document data and fields being sent to the payroll vendor
Create detailed design documents for integrations
Develop test scripts and test cases for the new design
Perform manual testing of the new integration design
Coordinate with third-party vendors to define data requirements and timelines
Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in design and implementation projects, not solely support
The role is not for a Lead position and is best suited for a candidate with under ten years of relevant experience
A strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll is required
An integrations background is necessary, though it does not need to be development-focused
Must have demonstrated high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi
Familiarity with Workforce Software modules (e.g., Time, Absence, Scheduling)
