JMP is a subsidiary of SAS that empowers scientists and engineers through statistical software products. The Digital Operations team is seeking a motivated intern to support ERP systems, document business processes, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

Assist the team with testing and documenting changes to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or related applications)

Help identify data inconsistencies, perform cleanup activities, and support reporting and dashboard updates

Capture and organize workflow documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures

Participate in functional testing of new features, integrations, or automation scripts

Explore emerging technologies or tools that could improve efficiency across Finance, Operations, or Sales systems

Work with internal business users to understand how technology supports daily operations and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement

Required

Currently an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field

Strong interest in ERP systems, automation, or business process improvement

Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Strong communication and documentation abilities

Eagerness to learn new tools and collaborate in a team environment

Not graduating prior to Dec 2026
