Responsibilities
Serve as the primary intake point for communication requests from business units
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and approvals
Edit and proofread communications for clarity, accuracy, and brand compliance
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely communication delivery
Build and maintain email templates using HTML for internal and external use
Track and manage communication workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HTML and email template creation
Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
Preferred
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and content management systems preferred
Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial communications preferred
Financial services experience is a plus
