Executive Assistant
LOGOS Faith Development is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support their Founder/Partner and broader team in Los Angeles. The core focus of this role is managing an ever-changing schedule and handling various administrative tasks to ensure leadership can maintain focus on development progress and project momentum.
Responsibilities
Own and proactively manage a dynamic calendar. Align scheduling to leadership priorities, protect focus time, and keep days realistic and efficient
Coordinate scheduling logistics end-to-end: confirmations, agenda prep, meeting prep, follow-ups, and day-of adjustments
Manage inbox-adjacent admin and task tracking to ensure personal and business to-do’s are captured, prioritized, and completed
Sort, organize, and process incoming mail. Identify time-sensitive or important items and ensure the right items reach the right people quickly
Handle printing, document organization, and basic operational admin to keep meetings and projects running smoothly
Book travel, flights, hotels, and itineraries. Ensure details are tight and ready without last-minute scrambling
Support Operations Manager with administrative needs tied to team operations, project coordination, and event milestones
Assist with event coordination and logistics as needed, including occasional transportation support and errands
Support Instagram management to keep the brand consistently active: posting cadence, content coordination, basic scheduling, and engagement support
Partner with internal team members to keep communication flowing and ensure commitments don’t slip
Qualification
Required
3+ Years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting c-suite in a fast-moving environment
Proven experience managing complex, shifting calendars with multiple priorities and frequent changes
Strong organizational systems and comfort building structure where processes may be evolving
Experience coordinating travel and logistics with high attention to detail
Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Basic-to-intermediate comfort with common tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and task trackers
Highly proactive. You naturally anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate
Calm under pressure. Able to keep a leader's day on track even when the schedule shifts constantly
Direct, clear communicator who can manage upward and keep things moving
Comfortable taking instruction and executing quickly. This role is about action and reliability
Service-minded and flexible. Willing to support across work and life logistics when needed
Preferred
Strong interest or flair for social media is a major plus
Social media interest is a plus, especially Instagram consistency and engagement
