CrowdPlat is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement of a large-scale health and human services technology platform used by long-term care and Medicaid service providers. This role will focus on business process analysis, requirements definition, Agile delivery support, and system testing for a federally regulated healthcare program.

Responsibilities

Analyze business policies, workflows, and procedures to assess impact on enterprise systems

Elicit, document, and validate complex business and functional requirements

Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation

Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors

Review and assess project artifacts including requirements, design documents, test plans, and risk assessments

Support Agile delivery by refining and prioritizing the product backlog

Develop test plans, test scenarios, and traceability matrices aligned to requirements

Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing activities

Track, document, and report testing progress, defects, risks, and mitigation strategies

Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation approaches

Support SDLC activities from discovery through implementation

Assist with training materials and end-user readiness activities as needed
