Responsibilities
Employs a range of human-centered, accessible design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions
Optimizes experience architecture to promote findability and usability, while accommodating technical and business needs/constraints
Reviews artifacts and deliverables from peers to ensure they accurately represent or improve upon the layout, design and interaction patterns
Qualification
Required
At least 2 work examples and be prepared to discuss their involvement in the work and their design thinking process when sharing the work
5+ years experience in product design with a focus on customer facing experiences
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping skills
A background in designing for responsive web and native platforms
Knowledge/background of working with brand standards and a design system
Preferred
Experience from a Financial Services/FinTech/Banking industry specific background/work experience
