Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring feasibility and regulatory compliance
Manage and grow a team focused on in-house research capabilities
Expand and establish relationships with research partners and CROs
Collaborate across teams to streamline regulatory submission processes
Build internal procedures to enhance efficiency and scientific rigor
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience running clinical trials from start to finish
At least 2 years in a supervisory role managing teams and CRO/vendor relationships
Proven track record in managing regulatory submissions for research studies
Expertise in digital health or medical device trials, including working with multi-data streams
Exceptional skills in documentation and process building for regulatory compliance
Experience in large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with scheduling for site visits and global communications
