Responsibilities

Review, and dissect moderately complex requests for proposal (RFP), requests for quotation (RFQ’s)
Evaluate scope and identify bidding requirements, timelines and contractual requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional peers regarding opportunity specific requirements and execution of strategic guidelines
Initiate all required meetings in managing the project timelines in all phases (initial kickoff, revision objectives, pre and post award)
Oversee proposals, renewals, and quote management activity
Communicate risks, strategic intent, financials, objectives in summary and seek appropriate executive approvals in compliance with local delegation of authority guidelines
Complete terms and conditions with customer relevant information and submit bid finals to stakeholders for customer delivery
Integrates the implementation of Proposal Management Best Practices and drives continuous improvements
Responsible for document control and data retention relating to proposals and contracts ensuring adherence to audit requirements
Ability to successfully and comfortably interface with various business units and executive leadership
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

Required

1 or more years of related work experience in Sales, Customer Service/Support, or Program Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in the Aerospace industry, supply chain or similar logistics/distribution industry
Experience in data analytics
Intermediate Excel Skills
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Preferred

Hardware, Fasteners, and/or Chemical product experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, etc.)
1-2 Years of experience in Project Management activities & Tools (Project Scheduling, Planning, Execution / Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar)
Experience in data modelling and analysis
Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
