Responsibilities

5+ years of construction inspection and/or management experience with Civil, buildings and or bridge construction inspection projects
Experienced with Excel and Microsoft Word and CTA Trimble, EBuilder, websites experience a plus
Prepare inspection reports on work in progress and completed work
Ability to review contractor’s procedures, materials, and work product for conformance with CTA specifications
Possess strong written, verbal, and basic computer skills, excel, word, emails
Willingness to work in a safe manner and within company, project, and OSHA safety guidelines on a civil/bridge/rail construction site
Be able to work nights and weekends and possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Ability and willingness to attend training / classes to obtain additional inspection and safety certifications

Required

5+ years of construction inspection and/or management experience with Civil, buildings and or bridge construction inspection projects
A HS Diploma (or GED) and relevant technical highway or bridge construction or construction inspection experience
Ability to prepare inspection reports on work in progress and completed work
Ability to review contractor's procedures, materials, and work product for conformance with CTA specifications
Possess strong written, verbal, and basic computer skills, excel, word, emails
Willingness to work in a safe manner and within company, project, and OSHA safety guidelines on a civil/bridge/rail construction site
Be able to work nights and weekends and possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
Ability and willingness to attend training / classes to obtain additional inspection and safety certifications

Preferred

An AS or BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
OSHA training or certification
Experience with CTA Trimble, EBuilder, websites
Concrete, Asphalt, Traffic Control, Track experience
OSHA Construction Safety and/or other related certifications
