Sales Support Specialist
Reverus is seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries and handling manufacturer renewals, primarily for Microsoft. This role requires efficient communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses while supporting sales workflows.

Responsibilities
Respond efficiently to inbound sales chats, web form submissions, and calls to the generic sales line
Register deals with manufacturers and maintain proper documentation for partner programs
Build quotes for hardware and peripherals requested via service desk (PCs, laptops, accessories)
Proactively manage, forecast, and process manufacturer renewals—especially Microsoft subscriptions/support agreements—ensuring timely engagement and completion
Track renewal pipeline, communicate renewal opportunities, identify at-risk accounts, and prevent churn
Collaborate with technical and service desk teams to ensure seamless delivery and quoting accuracy
Maintain detailed records and reporting in CRM tools (HubSpot / AutoTask and Quoter)
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions and escalate for follow-up as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the trusted point of contact for account-related support and value realization
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in procurement, supplier contract negotiations, pricing, renewals, or account management—IT services or SaaS contexts preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Track record managing high-volume recurring renewals, ideally Microsoft
CRM proficiency (HubSpot), reporting, and quoting tools
Self-motivated ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications (Microsoft sales, Dell sales, and/or Cisco sales) a plus
