EthosEnergy is currently seeking a Turbine Technician for their Houston, TX facility. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Production department by performing disassembly, inspection, and assembly of gas turbine generators and associated equipment, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

Disassembly, clean, inspection, and assembly of gas turbine generators and associated equipment by calculating associated dimensions and clearances

Execution of repairs and overhauls in accordance with production supervisor/project management/customer requirements

Thorough and timely completion of all component repairs and overhaul records

Interpret/analyze engineering drawings, repair schemes, service bulletins and all relevant technical documentation

Carry out calculations using appropriate measuring equipment such as micrometers

To comply with EthosEnergy and customers’ quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) management systems and procedures, as well as, all legal and regulatory requirements at all times

Ensure all accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards are immediately reported to the HSE Department and relevant paperwork is completed within 24 hours of occurrence

Work within the team to develop a culture where everyone embraces, upholds and accepts responsibility for a safe workplace, a healthy working life, a sustainable environment and the right and duty to intervene. Other duties as required
