VICTIM WITNESS PROGRAM COORDINATOR
The State of New Hampshire's Office of Victim/Witness Assistance is seeking a Victim/Witness Program Coordinator to provide logistical and technical assistance to their programs. The role involves administrative support, managing conference logistics, and maintaining program materials and communications.

Responsibilities
Execute state procurement efforts for the OVWA to include the issuance of RFBs/RFPs, preparing state contracts, drafting Governor and Council requested actions, ordering supplies and printed materials for training and outreach
Collaborate with OVWA’s Program Administrator in conference planning efforts to assemble information needed to develop training programs and agendas, registration materials and continuing education credit applications
Coordinate conference and training logistics to include creating and distributing registration and conference materials, reserving presenter travel arrangements, managing registration processes and overseeing the collection and documentation of registration fees. Provide onsite support at training events as requested
Research, develop and administer surveys, registration platforms, and other technologies to ensure the work of OVWA is conducted in an efficient and effective manner
Manage and maintain the content of OVWA website to ensure current and accurate information
Assist with logistics of the statewide Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) program
Provide HIV notifications pursuant to NH RSA 632-A:10-b, and New Hampshire Hospital notifications pursuant to NH RSA 135:17-b and RSA 651:9-a
Disseminate sexual assault evidence collection kits to New Hampshire hospitals as requested and record distribution information
Monitor the OVWA email inbox and phone line and respond to inquiries from victims, professionals and the public
Assist with OVWA file management including opening and managing ProLaw Matters and organizing and maintaining other OVWA files and databases
Work with OVWA staff members as needed for efficient office and administrative support
Qualification
Required
Equivalent combination of 4 years of education and experience after completion of high school
Education and experience must be in social services, business, or a legal field
Valid driver's license and/or access to transportation for statewide travel
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, writing and computer skills
Experience with program management
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
