Court Operations Technician I
King County Superior Court is accepting applications for a full-time Court Operations Technician I position. The role involves providing customer and administrative services in support of the Jury Department, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate information processing.

Responsibilities
Provide jury-program-specific information to the public and other internal and external customers
Coordinate activities with various court customers, management, co-workers, contractors and other agencies
Interview and screen customers to determine what program-specific documentation and/or services are needed. Provide technical assistance and/or training to co-workers and internal and external customers with regard to appropriate services and procedures
Determine validity, correctness and completeness of information received
Establish, maintain code, modify, track and/or retrieve information and compile data which may require information searches
Handle multiple-step transactions
Compose, draft, summarize, prepare, proofread and/or edit documents
Provide safety information to customers and co-workers
May perform monetary transactions; make daily deposits; perform customer tracking functions
May represent organization at various functions and make presentations
Perform other duties of a similar nature and level
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED and two or more years' experience performing general information processing sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position
Must be proficient with various computer software applications including Microsoft Office programs and database management
Must have knowledge of and ability to learn specialized software applications
The ability to reliably travel throughout the county is required
Finalists are subject to the Washington State Patrol criminal background check and a reference check
