Senior Campaign Manager
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Campaign Developer to lead campaign execution quality during a major migration from Adobe Campaign Classic to Zeta. This hands-on role requires ownership of campaigns end-to-end, focusing on scaling automation and personalization post-migration.

Responsibilities
Act as a quality owner during the ACC → Zeta migration
Translate and improve campaign logic, audiences, suppression, and targeting—not just lift‑and‑shift
Support parallel runs, validation, and full QC of data, content, and response behavior
Own Movable Ink implementation, migration, and stability across campaigns
Build and scale automation, lifecycle, loyalty, and triggered programs
Optimize cross‑channel journeys across Email, SMS, and Push to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Standardize templates, patterns, and best practices; mentor campaign managers
Qualification
Required
Senior‑level enterprise ESP/campaign development experience with end‑to‑end ownership
Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Zeta (ACC preferred)
Direct ESP migration experience
Deep Movable Ink expertise (required):
Enterprise implementation
Platform migrations
Dynamic content rules and fallbacks
Strong technical skills: workflows, SQL within ESPs, and email template structure
Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions and operate independently
Preferred
Led campaign migrations end‑to‑end
Experience with high‑volume, high‑revenue programs (retail, loyalty, eCommerce)
Multi‑channel experience (Email, SMS, Push/App)
Deliverability knowledge and HTML/CSS proficiency
Experience activating AI/ML‑driven personalization
