Responsibilities

Lead product roadmap and vision for Spark’s member experience across mobile, web, and communication touchpoints
Improve customer satisfaction and engagement by designing features that reduce friction and drive retention
Enhance the internal platform used by operations and support teams to manage the community, communication, and segmentation
Collaborate with Customer Care to optimize issue resolution workflows and reduce support volume
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Data Science, and Ops to align platform capabilities with privacy, compliance, and growth goals
Monitor product performance using behavioral data and customer feedback, and use those insights to prioritize future work
Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in Product Management
Demonstrated success managing consumer-facing digital experiences (web or mobile)
Experience improving internal tools or platforms used by operations, support, or community teams
Proficient in product analytics and metrics-driven decision making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
