Responsibilities
Complete accurate entry of customer orders
Effectively perform miscellaneous customer service and clerical functions
Establish and maintain professional working relations with customers
Provide superior customer service by resolving questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously
Keep customers informed of Company policies, procedures, and status of their orders and accounts
Assist and support company personnel as needed
Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in customer service and order entry
Excellent communications and public relations skills
Display attention to detail
Display strong project management skills
Good interpersonal and public relations skills
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English
Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
