Entry, Mid LevelWestlake Financial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic team. The main objective of this role is to develop and maintain a pipeline of clients for consumer loan products while driving revenue generation and market expansion through effective partnership strategies.

Responsibilities
Full-cycle business-to-business sales from prospecting through closing
Negotiate Partner Agreements and coordinate Partner’s program launch
Facilitate onboarding and due diligence of Partners with Vendor Management
Manage Partner relationships to promote consistent lead and loan generation
Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize long-term business growth
Promote an environment of cooperation and accountability among all departments of the company
Represent WCC in the marketplace with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and sales skills and ability to interact professionally with partners, vendors and all levels of the enterprise
Ability to build strong rapport with leadership, managers, and employees of Partners
Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Exceptional personal discipline and time management
Adaptability to new processes and systems
Proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel
Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Consumer Finance or Lead Generation
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience within the industry or related field
