Responsibilities

Apply your excellent attention to detail, deep knowledge of the delivery process, and exceptional analytical skills to strengthen operations
Collect and interpret data on supply chain activities to uncover opportunities for improvement
Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas to boost efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and execute projects that drive measurable enhancements across supply chain operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Supply Chain team to foster collaboration and success
Measure performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports to management
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT departments to elevate service delivery and streamline processes
Leverage your expertise in spreadsheet applications, SQL analysis tools, and mathematical analysis to solve complex challenges
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in a supply management role or related position, with a proven track record of success
Familiarity with ERP database schemas and departmental processes; Epicor knowledge is a plus
Proven knowledge of inventory management and a strong background in driving operational improvements
Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, consistently upholding company standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and improve trusting relationships
Proactive time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across the product development cycle
A bias for action and the ability to work with a sense of urgency when needed
Proven collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience partnering across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business units
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail
Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience leveraging tools to support efficiency and accuracy
