Required

High School Diploma required

1–2 years of experience in customer service, help desk support, or technical troubleshooting

Strong comfort with computers, digital systems, and online research

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM

Interest in digital banking, technology support, or opportunities to contribute to digital service enhancements and initiatives

Highly organized, with strong ability to track issues, follow through to completion, and take ownership of resolving customer needs in a timely and accurate manner

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in degree in business, communications, computer science, MIS, or a related field preferred
