Division Sales Manager
IPS Packaging & Automation is a veteran-owned company providing innovative packaging solutions for 48 years. They are seeking a Division Sales Manager to drive the sale of packaging materials, supervise a team of Outside Sales Representatives, and ensure efficient operations within the division.

Responsibilities
Recommend annual sales forecasts and plans, updating as needed to meet changing market conditions
Play a key role in achieving divisional sales and profit goals
Prepare and present quarterly assessments of the sales team to executive leadership
Monitor weekly and monthly sales reports, including Gross Profit Reports and MITS
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and customer presentations for key opportunities
Develop sales strategies, tactics, and techniques based on customer feedback and market trends
Maintain strong collaboration with operations teams, including purchasing and logistics, to meet quality, pricing, and delivery commitments
Assist in preparation of the annual company budget
Oversee all activities within the division, analyzing performance and reporting variances as needed
Ride with sales representatives a minimum of 2–3 days per week and with all new sales reps at least 2 times per month for coaching, evaluation, and mentoring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial, or freight industries
5+ years of experience managing people and territories
Proven ability to drive sales, coach teams, and develop strategic plans
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
