Responsibilities

Facilitating the management of the Scrum team by conducting Agile ceremonies, supporting business analysts and ServiceNow Engineers

Provide strong project on-track and on-task and collaborate on an ongoing project in both new and enhancements development between engineers, developers, analyst and other team members

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing, documenting, and implementing solutions

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

Analyzing business and system requirements

Collaboration with development team and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements, then transforming the requirements into a valid solution

Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations

Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

Benchmarking our approaches against the latest changes and standards in the field

Shifting between projects and tasks with ease

Focusing on solutions rather than the confines of a particular role

Related duties or special projects as assigned

Required

Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst

Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies

Ability to evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies

Experience in documenting processes and performing user acceptance testing

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong project management skills

Ability to analyze business and system requirements

Experience in developing, documenting, and implementing solutions

Ability to shift between projects and tasks with ease

Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and presentations
