Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the commercial, healthcare, and educational markets to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and target industries/markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in articulating the value proposition of our products
Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation
Identify and evaluate current and potential new rep and distribution partners
Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth
Monitor channel performance and provide regular feedback to optimize effectiveness
Lead the execution of the strategic growth plan
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
Collaborate with executive-level leadership and remote teams
Advance brand strategy through innovation, market insights and communication
Establish and monitor sales metrics and KPIs, generate accurate sales forecasts, and present regular reports to the executive team
Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales and business development within the HVAC industry
Strong expertise in application development and understanding customer requirements
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful channel strategies
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Ability travel up to 50% meet with customers, partners, and attend industry events
Strong background in Microsoft office i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word
