Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

Required

Significant experience in quality inspection or assurance roles
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality control processes
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, gauges, and microscopes, to assess product quality
Experience with quality management systems and documentation practices
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone)

Preferred

Relevant technical degree or certification in quality assurance or a related field
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance
